AI receptionist

An AI receptionist that answers every call, so you don't lose the job

When you're on a job, with a customer, or closed for the night, our voice agent answers in your business's name, books the visit and texts you a summary. You keep your number. We set it up and keep it running.

What it does on every call

Why owners set one up

Most small businesses miss calls every week. Not because they don't care, but because the owner is under a sink, on a roof, or with a patient. Many callers who reach voicemail don't leave a message. They call the next business on the list.

An AI receptionist (we call ours the voice agent) closes that gap. It doesn't replace your team. It covers the moments nobody can get to the phone, and it never puts a caller on hold.

How setup works

  1. 1

    A 20-minute call

We go over your services, hours, service area, prices you're happy to quote, and what counts as urgent.

  2. 2

    We build and test it

We set up the voice agent with your details and calendar, then call it ourselves until it sounds right. You try it too.

  3. 3

    It goes live

Calls you can't answer forward to the agent. You keep your number, and we keep tuning it from the call summaries.

What it won't do

It won't pretend to be you, make promises you haven't approved, or quote prices you haven't given it. When a caller needs a person, it says so and gets them to you. Clinics: it never gives medical advice; clinical questions go to your team.

Pairs well with

Most owners add automatic Google review requests, so the jobs the agent books turn into five-star reviews. See every workflow we set up.

Common questions

What is an AI receptionist?

An AI receptionist is a voice agent that answers your business phone when you can't. It greets callers in your business's name, answers common questions, takes their details, and books the visit into your calendar. You get a short text summary after every call. More in our guide: What is an AI receptionist?

Does it sound like a robot?

Today's voice agents sound natural and conversational. Before it goes live, you call it yourself and we adjust the wording and voice until you're happy with how it represents your business.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep your existing number. Calls you don't pick up, or calls after hours, forward to the voice agent.

Can it book into my calendar?

Yes. It books into open times in your calendar and sends the caller a confirmation text. If you use a scheduling or job-management app, we connect to it where possible.

What happens with urgent calls?

You choose the rules. For example, a burst pipe or a no-heat call in winter can go straight to your cell, while routine requests get booked.

Does it work in French?

Voice agents can answer in French as well as English. Tell us on the call and we'll set it up for the languages your customers speak.
